Two Valdosta Railway diesel locomotives at Clyattville

The Valdosta Railway is a short line railroad currently operating from Valdosta south to Clyattville, a distance of about 10 miles, on former Georgia and Florida Railway tracks. It was established in 1992 as the successor to the Valdosta Southern Railroad.

Until recently, the railroad was owned by Rail Link of Jacksonville, Florida. It is now part of Genesee & Wyoming's Southern Region, also based in Jacksonville.
