Albany's Steam Locomotive

Georgia Northern No. 107, an ALCO 4-6-2 built in 1911, is being cosmetically restored at the Thronateeska Heritage Center, a historical complex centered around Albany’s former Union Station. A replica of the missing cab is in the plans for the continuing restoration.

The engine also served Florida East Coast as its No. 88.

The locomotive before it was put under a protective canopy.

ALCO's Schenectady Works completed the engine in May of 1911.
