Tennessee Valley Railroad

Chattanooga’s Tennessee Valley Railroad, the largest operating historic railroad in the south, operates passenger trains every day from April through October on a route through the eastern part of the city. TVRR also runs special excursions in northwest Georgia over the Chattooga and Chickamauga Railway. Shown above is No. 610 on a Georgia trip in 2003. (Photo by Leamon Scott).
