Flint River Bridge at Albany

The Atlantic Coast Line bridge over the Flint River in downtown Albany was built by the American Bridge Company in 1929. Its through-truss spans include a Parker truss (on left) and a Pratt truss (on right).

About a mile up river is the former Georgia Northern bridge. It has a single Pratt through-truss design.
