Foy RailroadThe 10-mile Foy was primarily a logging road, but it may also have been a common carrier at times during its brief existence. Operated by the E.E. Foy Lumber Company, it connected the northern Bulloch County village of Portal to the Central of Georgia Railway at Rocky Ford. Its years of operation are thought to have been 1899-1904. 1895 map (24K) 1900 map (62K)
