First Coast Railroad First Coast Railroad (FCRD) operates on former Seaboard Air Line Railway tracks between Seals, GA, and Yulee, FL. These tracks were once part of Seaboard's main line through coastal Georgia. The 32-mile railroad also operates the line between Yulee and Fernandina, FL.
