Central of Georgia Railway

The Central railroad is shown as the "Georgia Central R.R." running from Savannah northwest to Macon. At Millen it connected with the Augusta & Waynesboro. At Gordon a branch ran north to Milledgeville and Eatonton. The railroads west of Macon were the Macon & Western and the Southwestern. Running southwest from Savannah was the Savannah, Albany & Gulf.
